Location is ideal, KIND staff, the room is warm enough and very specious. Extensive breakfast, superb service. The pool is excellent and relaxing too. Loved simple check-in.

All in all brilliant value for money, taking into account other Phoenix's options. We liked a top location, lovely rooms and very obliging staff. Exceptional service within 0.5 miles of the airport. Television, coffee and climate control in the room and the lovely bed: )

It was a such wonderful experience in a secured hotel. Our room was newly furnished, good value for price. Plenty of high quality options for meal. The beach nearby was good and the view was impressive!

Staff was outstanding and continental breakfast was hot. This hotel was in a nice enough area just off the airport and Freeway and free airport shuttle. Furthermore it was walking distance to Chinese Cultural Center. I had well-appointed and brand-new room with exceptionally comfortable bed.

Spotless hotel, I appreciated amazing stuff and service. I booked a room with a big bed, TV set, coffee and hairdryer. Restaurant in property was trendy and the pool area was nice...

Didn't like the area, it was really bad.
